Why do you have meditations as part of the work?
- Meditation is optional in all work with me.
- However, both scientifically and historically, meditation has been proven to balance and restore clarity. It is a keystone in self-improvement success - for the long term.
- I have experienced this first hand and continue my personal work with my mentor. Having a guide as you embed meditation in your leadership experience is invaluable.
How often do we meet?
Two live sessions each month: one teaching + practice, and one Q&A integration conversation.
Are sessions recorded?
Yes. Replays are available in your member space.
Is this a coaching program?
Coaching traditionally is asking you questions to find your own answers and move forward. While there will be some of this, The Collective is a place where there is teaching and training becasue that’s what it takes to remain steady and sovereign in our current world. We take the theory you’ve been learning for years and support you to integrate it and make in matter in your life.
