I know indecision intimately, not as a concept, as ten years of circling. By every outside measure I was doing well: a business, a marriage, a full calendar. Underneath it, I was second-guessing decisions I’d already made, editing myself before I walked into the room, calling my fear “prudence.” Hesitation doesn’t blow up your life. It quietly trades away years you have for years you’d only settle for.
The turn came late one night, alone in an office, buried in a report and I made a promise with the Universe that had nothing to do with strategy: if I ever got out of there, I’d spend the rest of my life teaching people to come home to themselves. Six months later, that season ended. Six months after that, I held my first workshop. Years after that, I woke up one morning and could feel my own soul, not a metaphor, an identity and the teacher who’d trained me for a decade sat with me in silence and finally said: you have found your home. What I now call a Bold Arrival, a moment that moves you so profoundly you’re never quite the same was born out of that. Decisive. Unshakeable. Deeply aligned.
My Training...
spans two decades of spiritual practice with two masters, three hours a week, ten years straight, no exceptions, plus intensives in Switzerland that ran twelve-hour days, layered onto a career in strategy. I synthesized what works into a proprietary methodology, the GRACE Framework, and have taught it everywhere from state agencies to Oracle Corp., where a room full of women picked it up fast enough to use it that same afternoon. In a recent 21-day immersion of this work, 92% of participants left with clarity to move forward, and 70% broke a hesitation pattern they’d carried for years. That’s not inspiration. That’s freedom.
