I’m Heather Robertson, founder of Bold Arrival.
For more than twenty years, I’ve studied and practiced meditation, yoga, and the inner disciplines that build self-awareness.
I’ve spent an equal number of years in the very human world of business: growth, strategy, ambition, relationships, decisions.
Bold Arrival lives at the intersection.

It all began with saying yes to two decades of spiritual practice with two masters, three hours a week, ten years straight, no exceptions, plus intensives in Switzerland that ran twelve-hour days, layered onto a career in organizational strategy. It’s been an intense and beautiful path and it changed how I see the world of work and where it’s going.
Over years of working with many women at many levels of leadership, from Oracle Corp. to state agencies, I saw a continuing challenge, and that was how to meet our life’s work with our wisdom and make it matter. So many of you care about what you do, who you impact, and what legacy you leave when the world of work is in the rearview mirror.
