Roundtable 1: Wisdom Runners and
Entrepreneurship as a Spiritual Practice
Tuesday, September 22nd, 10 - 11 AM Mountain time
Behind every decisive move, every bold arrival, every moment an entrepreneur stopped hesitating and started leading, there was another woman who held faith for her first. A mentor, or what I call a Wisdom Runner, a person living their wisdom so that others can remember theirs.
This round table takes mentorship seriously, examined with rigor, grounded in lived experience, and held inside the most powerful force in leadership today: women supporting women.
Questions We'll Examine:
Who held the vision of you before you could hold it yourself, and what did that make possible?
How do communities of women change the physics of what any one of us can build alone?
How does one find their wisdom runner or become one for someone else?
Who This Is For:
You’ve noticed the pattern: before every big decision, you poll everyone, your mastermind, your partner, your group chat, and somehow end up further from your own answer than when you started. You’ve had plenty of advice. What you’ve been missing is the right voice: one woman who sees what you’re building before you can fully see it yourself, and holds that line until you can. Your best decisions were made in someone’s believing presence, and you’re ready to be discerning about whose presence that is, and about the woman you’re becoming on the way to your vision. This conversation takes partnership to a whole new level: it’s about who women need to become to reach their vision, and who carries us there.
What you'll gain
A clear map of your own lineage of support, the three levels of choice as a working decision tool, and a felt understanding of why two voices are always more powerful than one.
Roundtable Panelists
Fabulous women leaders who embody women supporting women in ways that will leave you wanting to know more about them!
Roundtable 2: Soul Is the New Strategy
and Your Bottom Line Knows It
Tuesday, September 29th, 10 - 11 AM Mountain time
For decades, strategy has meant spreadsheets, systems, and speed. Those tools still matter, and the most effective leaders of this era are discovering that they sit downstream of something more fundamental. Presence is the asset. Soul trust is the skill. And the ability to tell the difference between genuine inner directive vs its convincing alternative, fear masked as intuition, urgency felt as clarity, is the differentiating capability of the times we are in.
This conversation examines what it actually means to stop managing outcomes and start magnetizing alignment: making decisions from a settled, connected place rather than from pressure, and watching what that does to revenue, retention, and reputation.
Who This Is For:
If you love your work and you’re still wondering why it isn’t paying you, this is for you. You have the systems and the track record. And somewhere along the way, the gap widened between how you operate and who you actually are. You suspect there’s a more powerful way to lead, one that feels like coming home rather than pushing uphill, and you want to hear serious women take that possibility seriously.
Participant Outcome:
A working definition of soul as strategy, a felt sense of what leading from resonance means in practice, and how to integrate that into your work and your bottom line today.

Roundtable 3: Leading from Soul, and
What It Takes to Realize Your Vision
Tuesday, October 6th, 1:00 - 2:00 PM Mountain time
There is a precise moment when everything shifts. When something inside you stops pushing and starts leading. That moment is what I call a Bold Arrival. And it is available to all of us.
You have already proven you have skills and talents. The question is whether you are operating from the deepest, most aligned version of that capability, or running your business on second-guessing and self-doubt.
This conversation moves from information to implementation. From action taken from external pressure to precise action that is a call from your soul. From confusion to soul sovereignty. From pushing your agenda to letting go and receiving more than you thought you had the right to ask for and what that looks like.
Here is the honest edge of this work: spirituality alone leaves many brilliant people exactly where they were years ago. Insight without decision is a beautiful holding pattern that eats years of precious time. In this round table, we examine what it takes to become a decisive powerhouse, lean into your soul and act.
Who This Is For:
You’ve done the inner work, years of it. Now you want the bridge into action: the practices, decisions, and identity shifts that turn everything you know into everything you build. You’re ready to arrive.
Participant Outcome:
What soul-led leadership looks like, how to activate your own and put it to work during our time together.
