This roundtable takes mentorship seriously. We examine it with rigor, ground it in lived experience, and hold it inside the most powerful force in leadership today.
What We'll Explore:
- The Wisdom Runner effect: how the women who ferry us from one version of ourselves to another shape our businesses, our decisions, and our capacity to lead from soul.
- The three levels of choice: the decision architecture that separates wishing from creating.
- Receiving and becoming: what it means to accept guidance with grace, and then turn and hold that faith for the next woman.

Grounded in two decades as a meditation and yoga teacher, and a strategist for women entrepreneurs and leaders, I serve as a bridge between soul and strategy, well-being and growth, ancient wisdom and modern business.
