Soul presence is the direct flow of soul through the heart, moment to moment. It touches your finances, your relationships, your work and your body, because it touches everything.

When you live from it, you stop observing your life from a distance and begin living in partnership with it: in partnership with the intelligence that moves through every person, place, and moment.

Together, you'll learn the structure to activate this. Enough spaciousness to experience what you are learning. This is a place to exercise being the woman who is aligned, centered and crystal clear when life is all roses and when life is a bit of a bumpy ride.

Experienced women entrepreneurs, founders, and leaders who have done meaningful inner work and are ready to live it everywhere: in their business, their relationships, and their everyday life. 

Meditation is optional; however, we will have meditation sessions. It has been the most consistent tool in my own practice for twenty years, and we practice it together in Decisive Growth. Both science and lived experience support it. If you are open to it, I will guide you. If you are newer to it, you will get a framework to assist you in the process.

The retreat is an optional add-on for $997. It brings the cohort together in person in March to integrate the work and celebrate the journey. Travel and lodging are not included.

                    SOUL: We begin with GRACE. You’ll learn to recognize what is happening within you, return to center when pressure rises, and hear the wisdom that is already yours. We’ll bring the practice into the meetings, relationships, and decisions that make up your days.

                    FEBRUARY

                    STRATEGY: Give our wisdom direction. Together, we’ll explore the choice or next chapter calling for your attention. You’ll use the Five D’s to move from insight into discernment, clear decisions, and meaningful action.

                    MARCH

                    SOVERIGNTY:You’ll practice standing behind your choices and meeting old patterns with new capacity. We’ll close with an in-person retreat: space to recognize how far you’ve come and choose what comes next.
